Sudan’s paramilitary RSF agrees to US-mediated three days truce – statement

CAIRO, Egypt – Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) said on Monday it agreed to a US-mediated 72 hour truce with the Sudanese Army starting at midnight to facilitate humanitarian efforts.

“We affirm our commitment to a complete ceasefire during the truce period”, the RSF said. — Reuters
