Parents over the weekend grabbed the opportunity to finally bring their children to public places after almost two years of being stuck at home.
According to Dano Tingcungco’s report on “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday, several of these parents brought their kids to Tagaytay to get some fresh air.
However, while life in Metro Manila is slowly shifting back to normal under a COVID-19 Alert Level 2, Tagaytay was still under Alert Level 3.
Under Alert Level 3, those 18 years old and below and senior citizens are still not allowed to visit parks.
The maximum capacity in establishments was also limited to 50%.
Further, face shields are also required even outdoors.
Some families were disappointed and decided to visit other places instead. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/DVM, GMA News
