BANGKOK — At least 20 people are dead including children after a man armed with a gun and knife stormed a nursery in northeast Thailand on Thursday, police said.
Achayon Kraithong, spokesman for national police, told AFP the incident happened at Nong Bua Lam Phu province and the attacker was still at large. — Agence France-Presse
